Altitude Color Technologies — QuickBooks Online Integration

This integration connects Altitude Color Technologies' internal business tools to our own QuickBooks Online account. This policy explains what it accesses and how that data is handled.
Read-only access to our QuickBooks Online company's accounting data — accounts, invoices, customers, vendors, bills, payments, items, and similar standard QuickBooks records, plus basic company profile information. It has no ability to create, modify, or delete QuickBooks data.
Data retrieved through this integration is shown only to Altitude Color Technologies employees authorized under our internal access-tier system to see financial and operational information. It is not shared with any other company or third party, and is not used for advertising or resold in any form.
We store the OAuth connection credentials (access and refresh tokens) needed to maintain this connection to QuickBooks Online, on our own infrastructure. We do not separately copy or archive QuickBooks data outside of what's needed to answer an employee's in-the-moment request.
This connection can be disconnected at any time from within QuickBooks Online's connected-apps settings, or by an authorized administrator directly.
